Your mission to save your race continues! After liberating your home planet from the Alien invaders it's time for retribution. You'll take command of the Libra II class space carrier and take on the enemy empire in this real time space strategy game. Build fleets, take over planets, research new technologies, fight the enemy and win! Blue Libra II introduces a number of improvements over its predecessor, amongst them the highly anticipated multiplayer mode. More info on new features will come in the news.

Is there any GNU/linux demo? I tried to install the demo but it says "there are no releases for this platform" . Strange.
It seems the stand alone release was delayed, but it should be out now. However the automatic download should be available from the start. We'll check what's going on.

But it's very strange. If you click the link above it leads to a direct downloads page. I tried it just now and I could download Linux demo even from Windows. I git a zip file.
I didn't seem to be verifying what platform I use. I downloaded it using regular web browser. Maybe it doesn't work if opened it from inside Desura client?

Same here. Bought the game, I trust Orator to make it available soon, but there are no GNU/Linux downloads available ATM. Not automatic, not standalone. :)
