What do you consider to be the hottest title of 2007?

HAHAHAHAHHAAH, damn, some people have no idea about the game...it's supposed to be freeform, and it IS freeform, like oblivion, only an FPS shooter, and it's not one giant game world, it's more like postal 2 in terms of the environment.

Anyway...I don't want to sound like a fanboy or anything, I was just letting people know that they really should know something about games before judging them.

I personally think Crysis is just another pretty linear FPS game, I do think it will be fun, but you'll need a hunk of a rig to get the game looking great and running great for one, and for 2, it COULD be a freeform game with one big island, you do things the way you want to...but it's not, and I think that is Crysis's downside. At least the mods will be cool...I can see jurassic park mods coming out of the woodwork..or jungle very quickly after crysis comes out.

UT3...it's just....meh...it's pretty, but it's just another UT game with extra game modes.

Half life 2 was a waste of time and money, half life 2: Ep1 was a waste of time and money, and so will Ep2.

C&C3, so what, it's another RTS game, there are so many other better RTS games out there than this, hell, I think that an old games Machines is much more fun and unique than C&C3...this is just the same old same old with prettier graphics, how boring.

Bioshock is a game that should be up there in the highs, not only does it have the pretty graphics, it also has unique gameplay, of which has only been seen in games like system shock 2 and Duex Ex...perhaps anachronox aswell. BioShock also involves emotion into the game with the little girl, because really, it would have to be pretty immoral to kill the little sisters right? (hehe, wrong)

Hellgate london...what is this, I don't know much about it since I stopped following the game...first it looked like a good freeform FPS game, now it looks like a bad freeform FPS/3rd perspective RPG game like NWN (only NWN is good), what is this game, it looks like a mix between serious sam, and dungeon seige...god help me...

I picked UT3 because of the moddability, but if it were just about the game for me, I would have picked Crysis.

Why do most people think Crysis will be a tub of crap? It gets most votes, but all I see are Bioshock fanboys, and Stalker fanboys. Sure those will be great games, hell I dont doubt they do better than Crysis, but to totally insult crysis, is like saying Jessica Alba isnt hott...

I got a better idea though, how about we all just wait for the games to come out! Only one you dont have to wait for is C&C3 cuz it has a demo out, but all the other ones, how about we wait till they are released before we judge them eh? I say this in means to the subject of the poll, and everyone who comments on the games. We dont know how good the games are to be honest. We only judge from what we SEE, not what we PLAY, and I think this subject should never be discussed anywhere, as it only leads to arguments, about what games will be better. For instance I have seen quite a bit of insults towards people who think crysis will be better. Who gives a crap? If you cant afford a machine to run crysis, thats your fault, getting a job can solve that problem easily. But this is a dumb subject to bring up, and I dont care what people say because I know I am right about this.

Unreal Tournament 3, because its just going to be amazing.

Flagship may have no idea how to communicate, but the game itself appears solid. Don't think 'crap FPS with soft aiming', but think 'Diablo 2 in 3D'. It is an action RPG that just happens to have laser guns, but is otherwise very similar to Diablo 2, down to the randomised levels and loot.

I've played the C&C3 demo, and Im going to get it, but my expectations are lower now thanks to a moderate demo.
Bioshock doesn't look so revolutionary. No clue what everyone is talking about.
Crysis looks awesome, but the thing is, I don't have dx10 : /
STALKER seems nice, but it feels a little linear. I hope there will be a demo or a friend who will let me try it first

but since that wasnt the question i went for hellgate : london cos it looks most interesting

VERY hard decision. Although I have to give it to C&C3, because of my sheer love of the series as a whole. I just hope that EA can live up to hype, although my judgements upon it via the demo they released have been greatly positive, and basically sealed the deal for me to buy it. I also doubt that I will NOT buy UT'07.

id say the hottest title on that list is going to be crysis---tho im looking more forward to bioshock myself

i think command and conquer is one of the best games i have ever played so that was an automatic choice

I picked UT3 cuz of the tools that will be distributed along with it - but I'd say Bioshock is my personal most anticipated.

I have high hopes for BioShock. :) It's the most interesting title here IMHO.

The game I'm looking forward to the most is HL2:EP2, but I think Unreal Tournament 3 will be the hottest title.

From a modding perspective, it's Unreal all the way, but I'm probably more excited about actually playing bioshock. It's going to be a fantastic year for us all.
