Welcome to WPR #12! I have seven screen shots to show you this time around and a little more progress then what has been shown in the past few WPRs.
First though let me direct your attention to the Back Story update:
I added in some basic information from the data cache that Barny brought back from NPZ while he was stationed there as well as fixed some grammatical and spelling errors.
On to the screens:
Well thats all there is this week. Feedback is appreciated, and please take a look at the back story update and let me know what you think (I took a few more liberties with the time line/characters).

Looking good so far. Few tips.
Try using a cylinder with a higher amount of sides on the fountain for a more circular look.
Make the roof less flat. Give it some exotic shaping and it will greatly improve the look of the map.
Try using brushes to make skirting boards, ledges and other such detailed areas will really help you define your map.
Its looking good so far keep up the goodwork mate :)
Add in support beams and braced wiring to show how the building stays upright.
Try and place your lights in a very uniform manner to imitate a realistic mall lighting system.
the thing with the lights was they were just there to illuminate the area until I place the skylight in that part.
