Hello everyone. The 28th February should have marked the latest release of the Unreal Tournament Community SDK. Before everyone mumbles "I knew it, another delay.." let me say, that this upcoming release really is just days away.

You guys often read that the planned release dates in the past were subject to change because of major difficulties adapting the code base to UT 469c.

It is fucking difficult indeed revamping this engine fork on the one hand and updating to a new community patch base (UT 469c) on the other hand. Surprisingly Unreal Script compiling was more tedious than C++. We're talking about ~400 classes now.

Everything has been compiled with 0 errors for both C++ code and Unreal Script code base, but I'm tired as hell now and will upload the SDK within the next couple of days, AFTER I can assure that you can at least use Static Meshes in the Unreal Editor. This system (Static Meshes) is the exemplary feature to test a Component System, Deferred Rendering, Policies and the like known from Unreal Engine 4 and 5. So this release entirely focusses on the Component System, an App Framework and Static Meshes only.

Best wishes and a big thank you for your patience and to everyone interested, supporting and believing in this now massive project.
