I've beaten SHOC several times, but I was only able to find this artifact once, underneath the underpass in Wild Territory near the downed heli. Will this artifact be found in other places?
One of the reasons I have never really liked using the artefacts much is because of the radiation effect, it is now starting to look ominously like I probably won't use any at all now :(
