due to the looks id say they're almost better equipped than the national guard ! Wich is good XD
national guard has M4 and M16 and nade launcher and nV so I woudl say nat guard is better

Indeed, but CoH's engine isn't the best for Riot Shields. We can always try to figure it out, but idk if it will work well
funny this should come up, i was thinking about riot shields, altho the main concern with them is what good are tehy gonna be against zombies? if infection is upon hit, then they will just get infected and turned everytime they attack. however i did consider they could be setup to make attacks from the front ineffective, and still have a firearm
make the shield like a very strong armor on a tank, strong in front week on sides and back
is there going to be a varity of different swat skins? because i think itd be cooler looking

u should go L4D 2 style, and make a SWAT zombie that take forever to kill
