ZombieMod takes a unique approach on the Zombie Apocalypse by putting it in the perspective of a military commander, not a survivor. Since it is 2 years after the first infections, resistance on the east coast is organized, resulting in battles rather than small groups fighting for survival.

looks nice :)
All is sweet and well, but you should rethink the name of the doctrine. Not to offend you, you guys have done so far really an outstanding job, but the "Protector of the Homeland" kinda feels like a WWII. Soviet doctrine name in my opinion which sends me an image of many russian charging in the battleground yelling "For the Motherland!". So it's not quite the impression which you want to left in others i think if you talk about US Army/National Guards.

Maybe it would be enough to change the "Homeland" word becouse it resembles so much to "Motherland" imo. So something like example "Protectors of the Nation" etc. something you can come up with after a discussion.

I agree. The name doesn't fit with who it represents.

i must agree.. i think protectors of the homeland is rather catchy. although, i did find Blaise's comment quite amusing and agreeable haha. if you're changing it, why dont you use their motto? National Guard's: "Always Ready, Always There" or Army's: "This We'll Defend"

That also implies that by choosing that doctrine you dont need survivors anymore.

No thier soldiars. Soldiars are only survivors if they have no contact with superiors, as not in this case.
