Yep. The reason my region uses orange and not neon yellow is because orange will blend with the world around you better than something that glows like crazy when any form of light hits it.
According to the internet, the orange also doesn't stand out to deer as much as yellow. :P
thats because to the colour blind, yellow is alot whiter than orange, so the orange will go a similar tone of gray to green.
That was my intention, yes, my dad is hunter and told that to me =)
