Zombie Apocalypse: Psychosis Rising
Game-play- Non-Linear RPG type first person shooter. Players will have to decide whether they should work together to survive or chance it on their own. Friendly and Enemy NPC interaction with mini missions and tasks. Maps with missions. Maps will be connected through transition points so it gives the feel of one big world.
Maps- All types of landscapes ranging from cities to farmlands and everything inbetween!
Weapons- A nice variety of realistic weapons to curve your destructive appetite ranging from a brick to a combat knife, to a machete, and on to the guns! Weapons will be placed around maps very smartly. You wont find guns just spawned anywhere, but then again our save system allows you to disconnect and come back later with the same weapons and ammunition in a multi-player game!
The story starts off in America (other countries later on will be introduced in patches as saga's) about a year after a rapid zombie epidemic spread across the world. Disconnected from the rest of the world they (the players) have no idea how many have survived the epidemic...
Word spread fast, but not fast enough. Reports of the dead coming back to life and attacking the living sighted all over. It has been confirmed that after a person has died, their corpse comes back to life with no vital signs and attacks the living devouring their victims flesh. Something dormant inside of the human body triggered upon death has been questioned to cause this but is as of right now a theory and the epidemic standards are still unknown. Religious groups are calling the epidemic Armageddon; Satan bringing forth the end of all. Scientists have no explanation of this curse that has engulfed the world into what seems to be the final battle of the living. The United States military made a quick decision to pull all of their troops out of their current locations, bringing them home to be sent out on search and rescue missions as well as defending checkpoints around the country. Their first attempt of martial law failed as riots nation wide spread as the military slowly lost control of the situation as the chaos escalated. Most of the outposts set up by military units have been out of contact and are assumed overrun.
In the City of Hillside some humans have survived and evaded the feasting undead. Living in small clans they have fortified apartment buildings and homes to provide safe havens. They have only left their safe havens in search of supplies which they have either foraged or traded with other clans. Anyone who has tried to escape the city has soon fallen victim to the undead. It is what makes it so remarkable when an outsider enters the players district of the city claiming that he has traveled from another city and that the City of Hillside is not as isolated as they may have thought. Spurred on by the hope that human civilization may still be intact outside the city limits, the players begin a dangerous journey to escape the city one district and scenario at a time...

It's been a long time since your last update, is the project dead?
The project was dead from the start, if it wasn't dead there wouldn't be zombies ;)
But no we're not dead completely, just making changes under the table and reworking stuff.
