All ships are scaled accordingly to wiki standards.

I found it very surprising how small the Gallofree transport was and how large the IPV was... also I had hoped that the Gozanti was larger in size as well, but I stay to true to the novels and the sizes stated by Wiki.

Nicely done :) must ask, what's a kitbash?

Kitbash: the process of taking different elements from different models and combining them together to make a new creation. Derived from the hobby of taking different parts from model airplanes kits (for example) and assembling together to make a new fannon creation.

Nice Models, but are you guys sure the game can handle all the planed features and HQ Textures without a great performance loss?

Kind regards, Wookie

This mod will only be supported by higher end computers that contain significant RAM, processing power and graphic card. We deem this to be a premium mod, for to complete our vision we cannot make it accessible for lower end computers and under powered laptops. This mod is a tribute to the expanded universe, an example of the fullest potential of the game, and a showcase of some of this communities' most talented artist/developers.

We test the mod constantly on a broad range of computers to ensure all that we show is playable.

We work closely with ORAW mod, EAW: Re mod and Legacy mod to test out ideas.

We are trying to find ways to reduce lag in as many ways as possible, such as low-poly modelling and other graphical tricks (sound is sound, I can't really help), but this won't fully compensate for the advanced content.

You shouldn't need a supercomputer by any means, just a decent one :)

Thanks for the replies.
I can just wish you the best, because I don't believe the game will run smooth with all this moving turrets and stuff. But you guys look pretty motivated to me so I will support this as much as I can. Kind regards

On the refining ship I say take some of the antennae off. Too many.

They are docking arms for attaching to ships and asteroids.

This was the inspiration: Static2.wikia.nocookie.net

But I wanted to make something that was more of a complete refinery, and not just a mining ship.

I like it the way it is. Looks like a giant space bug.

Also judging form the description we will be able to use it to remove asteroids to make new pathways for larger ships?
That would be really cool.
And it says it will be able to recycle dead ship hulls, so shipwrecks will stay on the map?

I thought the imperials get only the executor, assertor and inquistor class as ssds? O.o

That ship is the Asserter Class, for out mod it will be a late period build, serving as the Megador, flagship of the Galactic Alliance, buildable at Kuat.

Cool are you going to make a hero SSD for the Dominion? That was discovered at the same time as Megador and I believe it also survived to fight in the second galactic civil war as well.

The Reaper, Dominion and Megador were discovered by the imperials before the Vong era. Since the Imperials are not a directly playable faction, we will not be including ships that did not serve in the vong and swarm wars. Only the Megador, Guardian, Dominion and Lusankya will be present for SSD.

The engine of the assertor looks different and it's overall shape is thiner, similiar to the executor.

The scavenger reminds me of a smaller version of how the books described Lando's asteroid miner in the Fate of the Jedi books

Most often deployed by the Hutt Empire, the Scavenger can also recycle space debris and dead ship hulks to earn credits. The ship is unarmed, but features 2 flank mounted hanger bays for launching defense fighters and can repair nearby capital ships.
