The Xenoforce Reborn mod takes the classic Xenoforce mod from CNC Generals and re-invisions it on the CNC3 engine with new units and new designs. The new armies that are currently scheduled to be in the mod are the Earth Federation, ZEON, the Invid, and the Earth Robotech Defense Force. We also have heavily modified the original CNC3 armies, giving the GDI, NOD, and Scrin a much more dynamic gameplay experience. This mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and NON-commercial based.
Just a teaser video of code just completed for one of nods new powers, tiberium fracture bomb. It's like a carpet bomb but when it kills something it extends it's length 10 bomblets in a random direction and turns it's victim into tiberium. As you can see it can decimate a base that isn't ready for it and that has light / weak targets that it can take advantage of to grow.
Sorry for the quality of the video. I just wanted to update everyone with a quick glance at what we have been working on. 2 more powers and a few tweaks and then on to scrin which is already under way with the basic foundation down. Then ef and either zeon or invid, not sure after that.
That looks extremely overpowered...
That looks pretty awesome, but, in my opinion, I dont think it should be able to destroy a fully repaired Construction Yard. Not even a direct hit of a super weapon can do that.
Well this isn't balanced yet, I just finished the actual code last night at 1 am and wanted to show what it was lol. It's supposed to be a powerful weapon that is more powrful the larger the more it kills so potentially it could destroy a con yard. And vs larger structures it will do more damage because it will simply hit it more. But it does show why gdi needs it's firewall sstructure upgrade lol.

I really don't see the problem here. The fact is you shouldn't let s*** just fly into your base and start blowing s*** up anyways. So the best solution I see to avoiding an attack like this is simply put some air units at the front of your base or use multiple Outpost can you should be fine.
It uses a heavy aircraft for delivery, so it can take quite some punishment I assume.
True but only 1. But if you miss your target or don't kill anything with the first hit it becomes a useless power.
And there are weapons out there in our mod that are worse. The gdi faction has the mobile ion cannon system that fires sats that then call in ion strikes. Just saying every weapon has a weakness or a counter.
