The Xenoforce Reborn mod takes the classic Xenoforce mod from CNC Generals and re-invisions it on the CNC3 engine with new units and new designs. The new armies that are currently scheduled to be in the mod are the Earth Federation, ZEON, the Invid, and the Earth Robotech Defense Force. We also have heavily modified the original CNC3 armies, giving the GDI, NOD, and Scrin a much more dynamic gameplay experience. This mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and NON-commercial based.

I'm currently working on modifying GP03. As you can tell from the picture I've added in the under arm beam saber / claws (though I still need to texture them). I'm currently working on the Turret/Pitch settings for the main cannon and both arms.

The idea is going to be that GP03 is the bad *** it's supposed to be. The Main Cannon and arms are going to each be seperate turrets that can target whatever they need to, either all targeting a single enemy or attacking multiple enemies at once. The Main Cannon will be able to target both air and ground enemies where the beam sabers will only be able to hit air (better fly fast firehawks, this guys commin for ya).

Also the left missile pod will fire a canister of micro missiles, this weapon will be used against ground targets only, and the right missile pod will fire a large anti-air missiles.

The point of all of this firepower is that the UC will have very few true anti-mobile armor units that are able to deal with multiple threats at once. This guy will be very very valuable to the UC player, but he has to take care of it as you only get one at a time. When it is killed the player will have to wait another 5 minutes before it can be summoned again.

Was kinda hoping to not see this in this mod. :/ The GP03 Doesn't work in the atmosphere. It's got Rocket engines and absolutely no aerodynamics, so it always bothered me in the other mod.

Wolfprophet : I understand your comments fully, I really do. We are currently working on different ideas on how this could be used. One thought is that it flys in, attacks, and then takes off (like the Firehawk MOAB attack). Another is that it's summoned in and flys around using the Firehawks type of locomotion (always has to be moving or it crashs's).

If anyone has any opinions on this please feel free to tell us.

Lol, if I could get a model for Psycho Gundam that didn't look like total *** I would definatly put it in.

I'm going to start a topic in the forum about this as I am having serious coding issues with GP03 at the moment.
