The Xenoforce Reborn mod takes the classic Xenoforce mod from CNC Generals and re-invisions it on the CNC3 engine with new units and new designs. The new armies that are currently scheduled to be in the mod are the Earth Federation, ZEON, the Invid, and the Earth Robotech Defense Force. We also have heavily modified the original CNC3 armies, giving the GDI, NOD, and Scrin a much more dynamic gameplay experience. This mod is NOT FOR PROFIT and NON-commercial based.
So here is a pic of the landbase. When the base is done constructing a Tenzen then the ship actually "launches" from the yard.

That's a Tenzen ship you should read the description carefully.
One thing I'd like to see would be garrison enabled building or buildings that have firing ports. Those towers would be perfect for sniper infantry or whatever the player chooses to garrison the building.
when will this new mod will be released
Well, this depends on when Azuza001 finishes the AW and SEED then he will release the version. Or you should help them to finish the mod faster so you don't have to wait long.
The next release of the mod will come sometime in October (probably during the 1st week on xenoforce.blogspot.com and the 2nd week on here) and will include AW and UC. This is assuming we have no "issues" with the code becasue we all know the code always works 100% perfectly the first time and doesn't cause issues to arise unexpectedly. :p AW should have the shortest development cycle as it's really the most straight forward aspect of the EF. SEED is another story, I myself haven't had that "ah ha" moment when working on a SEED design like I've had with GDI/NOD/Scrin/UC/AW. So that may be awhile before a good release with SEED as well.
And then there is the AI to deal with as well, no matter what we do the key point is making sure the AI can actually DO what we're wanting them to do and not freeze up half way through a game because it took the AW path and then later decided it wanted to build Nu Gundam. :p
