What if one day, you wake up as a patient in a hospital, without any memory of yourself? What are you going to believe? Or... Who are you going to believe?...
More than ten months of hard work finally came to give its fruit. White Night is now ready for you to play. But... Are you ready for our session today?

In December '10, one simple guy downloaded the mod tools of Amnesia: The Dark Descent and thought of a story: "What if one day, you wake up as a patient in a hospital, without any memory of yourself? What are you going to believe? Or... Who are you going to believe?..."
Since then, that simple idea and cr*ppy levels grew bigger and stronger; and in ten months became a total conversion modification with 'Best Potential' award for Amnesia: The Dark Descent, where it takes you from murky castles of 19th century to an old fashioned asylum trying to meet to modern day standards of 2000s.
White Night is a completely story oriented game, created by Tanshaydar; where you embody someone who has no memory, someone who tries to find what really happened and someone who does not know what or who to believe. White Night is not created to be a 'scary game', therefore to scare players is not its main concern; but it is created to tell a story, thus have a little different way of story-telling which you need to follow carefully. Exploration is always awarded.
White Night has its scares, and even they are related to story too. You can watch the teaser to have idea what it would be like playing White Night, but since you play as character who remembers nothing, it would be best to play without knowing much.
Also, you can read the pre-release review from C-zom (Glenn), the creator of fascinating Worry of Newport. I'd like to thank him for his thoughtful and comprehensive review.
To enjoy White Night, you need patch 1.20 (Justine) installed alongside your Amnesia: The Dark Descent installation.
Also available on Desura!
There are translations planned for White Night. For now, Turkish, German, Italian, Greek, Castilian, Dutch, Portuguese and Romanian are planned. If you want to contribute a translation, feel free to contact me and I'll get your translation to the game.
Many of the modern looking models are converted from Penumbra games, which is a series from creators of Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Frictional Games. So, if you don't already have it, buy their game to support them.
If you really liked White Night and have a few cents to spare, I'd highly appreciate any donation, as I'm a student and have some needs.
I'd like to thank all of my voice actors for their great contribution. Without them, White Night would be an ordinary night. They have great talent.
David - David Lyon
Grace - Amanda Ford
Sofia - Deyanira Gomez
Patrick - Ryan Terry (Cry, yes, and he will make a LP of WN)
Psychiatr - Miss Rigi
Do not forget!
I am not here to scare you.
I have a story to tell.
I am here to heal your mind...
PS. White Night is my first 3D game/mod released ever. I'll be writing postmortems of White Night along with the some things I learned in these 10 months in my personal blog. So if you are interested in the development process and behind the scenes of White Night, check them out.
I guess that's it! I hope you'll have fun playing White Night!
