Oh my. That is one nice piece of work. Now just improve some meshes on lizardmen and put some higher resolution textures on their bodies and I am preety sure I am sold to them :D really like this Aztec influence. Really nice job.
Edit:Here comes the question. Would be really nice if You would add something which wasnt present in other mods. Is it possible that we will see some buildings added in town/city when we upgrade it? I mean it was always a bit odd to me that if I buy a mill in a city I cant see it being added anywhere nearby.
That would be a massive work, as different architectures need different props, so we should make like ten kinds of different props for every buildable building and script their placement in every scene....
...soooooo much time needed for a thing like this.
hey could you maybe next time add a few skaven cities to the lizardmen island so the lizardmen have some more enemies to fight nearby? or would that drag the skaven too far from their mountain area?

Of course we are: new content is being added everyday to what we started to call "Warsword Conquest 2.0".
And the release is really near his time, so very soon you'll be touching our work with your hands :D
I shall lead the army of the Dark Gods to crush, to spread the gift of the Dark Gods to their homeland just as i did to the Old World.

Question: Nippon is not an official Warhammer army, so what are you basing their Units on? Is it the fan-made armybooks? (same question for Araby and Pirates)
This is probably not really the right site to ask this, but how did the skaven not make it to 40K? There is so many of them

Hey, i have an idea since that faction is like a reptile or something i think would you like to see the naga faction in warcraft... It would be great I think ;)
This REALLY reminds me of Medieval 2 Total War, in a very very good way.
