This guide is now OBSOLETE, the informations contained here are referred to a past version of the mod.
Thanks to everyone who read it. I'm leaving a link, so that everyone still wishing to read it can do it without problems.

Cheers!

Hi everyone, this is a beginner's guide to help you move your first steps in the vastity of the Warsword Conquest world.

Welcome to the Old World, a new day is rising and your adventure is about to begin. In this brief guide I will try to explain how to transform your character from a simple paesant into a battle hardened war machine, also giving you tips based on my personal experience with different types of characters (I played all the factions at least one time for 300 ingame days).
VERY IMPORTANT!! : Do not take what is in this guide as some kind of ultimate truth, something will change according to the playing style you choose as your own, so do not hate if something is different from what you normally do in your game. Obviously every kind of comment, suggestion or request is kindly appreciated if constructive. All the informations refer to the most recent version of the game (Warsword Conquest beta + Beta bugfix).

So here we go! Brace yourselves and take a step into your new character's life!

Before closing this definitively, I would like to thank the Warsword Conquest Developement Team for their great efforts in bringing us this beautyful mod: THANK YOU VERY MUCH GUYS!
This guide has been written for you, dear Readers, and it took me more than a month to be written, a time full of difficulties, changes and problems, but a time in which I even had a lot of fun and satisfactions.
I hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it: Thank you all!

See you on the battlefields!

Because the guide is obsolete (and I can't edit/update it due to some frankly stupid ModDB text lenght limitations) and still contain infos about freelancer, a submod that is no more in the mod.

Hi There,
I don't know if I will get in troubles now, fact is I did build a level for Unreal past year and took for example a picture I found on the internet while searching for Castles, then I found a picture that did interest me a lot to create a level with that as example, today I did find out this picture I did use it is in fact a screenshot from this game, so now my question is can I get in trouble because I did used this for example to build a level with ? you can view the level I did create on my website rubiesunreal net

Well, if it's something made by us you should probably give credits for the inspiration (level inspired by a scene by....... from the mod.....), if you instead carbon-copied it, contact Nameless Warrior on Taleworlds and ask him permission about it.

You should give credits to the Warsword Conquest mod anyway.

If it's something that was contained in the native game instead, you should give credits to Taleworlds.

EDIT: ok I took a look at it, you took inspiration from our custom Altdorf scene.

You should them add the credit line "Inspired by the Altdorf scene made by JargonDarot, from the mod Warsword Conquest for Mount Blade Warband."
