Could i ask instead of the Pirate Kingdoms, could you add Tilea and Estalia. I would also like to see other mercenaries from Cathay, Albion and Marienburg. Plus do you plan to give the Empire a makeover such as giving them the Elector County's such as Hochland, Stirland and Middenheim.
You are asking for 8+ factions as if it were nothing^^

Some of what you're asking could (and I say COULD) happen in the future.....other things, like dividing the Empire into bits (absolutley a no-go, at least in a Warband mod) or renouncing to the Beastmen for a faction with almost no official infos and lore, are 99.99999999999% never going to happen.
Dividing Empire, Yes i do agree thats a large project and yes adding Tilea and Estalia is useless. But maybe instead of dividing the Empire, Maybe and maybe adding Unique troops to certain areas of the Empire such as a Hochland Marksman, Grundel's Defenders (Nuln) and Nordland Marines. Not saying adding Unique soldiers is a piece of cake, but it would be nice to see regional troops.
Those troops would be available to every Empire Lord, which in turn would not fit the lore...
Im not saying you should copy this, but there was this system in ACOK where you recruited them from the city or town of the region. So for example you can recruit Grundel's Defenders from Nuln and the Lord of Nuln can only have those troops or Nordland Marines at Castle Salzemund (Only Castle in the Nordland Region). What im saying is not to place it on the Empire Troop Tree but to place them as a special unit for the city or castle only for the Lord of that city or castle to have. Then again it's complicated to explain and i don't want this mod to use the ACOK system as it might be copyright and you've already out done yourselves with this mod.
There is a household troops function in many mods like PoP or Perisno, which allows lord to have his unique troops available only to him.

Finally! The ogre models now are crap ( No offense) i was hoping you guys would make better ones. Are you guys going to make them a faction or just mercs? and also you should add more maneater companions and maybe if you add a ogre kingdom add it as a playable race.

Ogre kingdoms as a faction would require an expansion to the east, (same for Chaos dwarves!) which is not planned at the moment as it would further delay important stuff we are working on.
This is the best mod I have played,happy to see it's getting even better, really only ever wanted to fix two things about it if I could, dwarf beards bigger and more like WH and Orc bodies models, well Grimgor mostly, should look like he's da biggest and da baddest, hope you had that in mind too, anyways great mod.
Adding multiple Orc bodymeshes was discussed, but it is not possible due to race skin limitation, which is hardcoded to 16 (?). We already got that number, so therefore there is no way to add more variety within orcs.
Does anyone think kislef is too strong? they conquer both chaos and orcs simultaneously.

I think i know what the issue might be with Chaos at least. I've noticed, playing as empire, that when fighting chaos, despite not having any proper ranged firepower, they will often form a huge, long line, and very slowly march in formations, eventually heading to attack you, but as long as you keep moving your troops around, you can generally stay out of their reach. This allows you to basically gun down the majority of their entire army, before they even engage.
So i think perhaps the tactics scripts(or whatever it is that dictates their behavior) should be altered for meelee-heavy factions to be more aggrassive. Either just straight up charge, or at the very least respond to you gunning them down by attacking, rather than just standing around, allowing themselves to be shot apart.
That would make Chaos alot more scary. Cause on the few occasions where i have somehow ended up in an early all-out clash against them in a battle, they will woop the arses of far superior numbers of empire troops.
So yea. Make'em angwy.
In my save, they were slaughtered long time ago. Not without a fight though.

So, I know this is a big thing but can we get some minor spells and magic in the game? I know there have been a few warband mods that took a crack at magic, and it is kind of the missing element from the game at this point. On that note, I would at least like to see Balthasar Gelt and similar heroes get their unique armor appearance.
I can understand why Tilea wasn't included, though if you do ever reconsider it for a future update I hope the current mercenary list would make the addition easier of the faction and its troops easier. In the meantime though, can we get some more Dogs of War, like the Republic Guard, and not have the Alcanti fellowship level into Desert Dogs, that always seemed like an awkward trade for me?
Lastly, my biggest grating problem with M&B at it's core is the inability to kill enemy lords and the difficulty in creating your own. In this awesome mod, that age old problem creates a lot of immersion issues, especially if the Empire beats Sylvania and Vampire Lords suddenly start signing up with them... What are the chances of getting scripts to do either of those?
