Did you ever wish that Unreal Tournament was fully HD? Wait no more! The new UT99 pack now contains 82 .utx packages, while the Unreal version has 28. All of the textures in UT99 are now HD, including bonus pack 1-4 textures. The UT 2nd CD S3TC textures are not needed when using this pack.

This release by AHaigh01 replaces and updates the previous Unreal HD textures that have been around for over a decade by DieHardSCWS. Also known as the Unreal Retexturing Project. It was last updated in 2015. The URP was never more than about halfway complete and many texture themes were not HD at all. This shortcoming has been fully addressed in my release. DieHard's textures are included in this release and in some cases have been further enhanced. All unfinished textures have now been made HD as well by me.
HD skins for monsters, weapons, pickups and decorations are not covered by this pack

You may want to try the new Direct 11 renderer
Warning- never use these textures on a server or when mapping.
In short, there are only 2 things needed to upgrade UTs textures to HD. Overwrite the original .UTX files with the new ones.
Have “use S3TC=TRUE” in the renderer preferences.
Also in Advanced options set Rendering - VolumetricLighting to true for your renderer. This turns on fog effects (UT99 as well)

Are the character skins also hd included?
Hello,
I installed in UT99 and in Unreal Gold/Napli the HD 4K 4.3GB extreme edition textures. To install them, I simply copied the various items to the texture folders of the 3 games. However, they don't look right. I have the following errors in the Log:

I have installed successfully D3D11 Renderers, and they're running on UT99 and Unreal Gold/Napali.
If you need more information, please ask.
I would like the graphics to work properly. Does any one have some idea of what I should do?
