UT40K: The Chosen Although 40K players and other Mod Teams may not have herd about us, we have in fact been going on, for quite a while. The fact that a ModDB page was never set up for us has only just been brought to light. We are a small but dedicated team, devoted to bringing the universe of Games Workshops Warhammer 40,000 to it's full glory, using the UT3 engine. While we have been toiling in the shadows, we have actually managed to release a Number of Public Betas over the last year and improve on them with each upgrade. We've also tried to include the SM ChainSword which uses code form one of the guys on the epic forum, unfortuneatly the code is ment for a 3rd person game so that it doesn't look much in 1st person but should look better in the behind view (home button). A question, that came through my mind while reading this:

What's about DESURA? Could you move to DESURA?

The reason why I asking is, that DESURA has the possibility of updating. That means you don't have to release the whole game again and again with the new content.

sorry but due to the way UDK (UnrealDevelopmentKit) works you either have to whole dev content or the released build/game. i understand that for some people downloading 500mb each month for a limited update might be a bit much, which is why we try to make it worth while but its the only way we can do it and stay within the EULA from Epic and GW.

We could do it like other teams where you "may" get a working release once a year !!!!
but not with me in charge ;)
