What race will be using these?
Prolly one of the new IG factions judging by the Imperial Aquila at the bottom of the reactor. At least I hope its a new faction, but then again, they said way back when that they'll rework the Steel Legion, although I'm unsure if that's gonna be only visual or ... well ... all of it.

This looks almost too high-tech for the Guard. I would think Admech but that's already covered in Unification, its too dull and earthy to be Custodes either. hmmm....
