If you remember the Afriel Troops from the older versions of the Praetorian mod, they are no longer that.
My man's looks more pale than snipe and wib LMFAO (all seriousness though is there a reason my man looks a little grey?)
He is a genetically made albino. Check Afirel Strain troops on Lexicanum.

They are from older lore, hence no proper images but are described as albinos. Nonetheless, still canon.
I am so glad to see the neglected of 40k get their proper love, this mod is how Dawn of War is meant to be played ^.^

I'm not dead friends. Just an unfortunate episode of COVID. I can ensure my work this year, but I leave you a lot of "A.E" to manage. I wanted to frame some of my gameplay "concepts" before letting you implement them for unification. I thought you had enough short-term work with Unification to be patient. But it seems to me that I was wrong. I will give my data mod this year to save you work already done. But you will have to assume to fix the "A.E" of model concepts which can be difficult to analyze.

We can handle the AE and AI with any given directions, no problem. We are still away from 7.0 but we are pretty much working on the last leftover unsupported races as mentioned before.
