Try to make the small arms more lethal. In the original, small arms were barely capable of hitting anything.
Rome Remastered has a 31 unit limit, the same as Medieval 2. Will you be making this mod with the 31 limit or will you be incorporating the *Total Conquest* mod that kicks the faction limit up to infinite? Imagine having factions like Brazil, Iran, Afghanistan, Chile, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, the Chinese warlord states, etc.

There is no faction limit in RR. So yeah, new factions can be added.
Let us know if you'd like anyone to help with testing it once you have an early version of a campaign built up.
