This modification offers an alternative gameplay to Tiberian Wars involving many Tiberian Sun units which many CnC fans (like me) missing in vanilla CNC3 and add even new my made units which you can't find anywhere else. Story is quite the same like Tiberian Wars, but is all about what if GDI and Nod do not abandon technologies they have used in Tiberian Sun era and instead of that further developed them. But it's not only that, there are many visual, sound and balance changes which I want to see and hear in my mod, new sounds, new music, new effects (like blood and gore, new infantry deaths, new more realistic missile trails) and many more.
TE Forgotten Bombard - a combination of APC and artillery unit. This is actually midgame unit and the previously anounced Forgotten MLRS is at this moment advanced artillery.

Being it APC/IFV and able to upgrade Stealth detection is for artillery maybe little bit redundant.
Tiberium Engine and/or Blue Tiberium Warheads/Tiberium Armor should suffice.
It could Clear mines and Deploy mines as well to be more unique(instead of Wardozer who has "Clear mines" by default)

I am still skeptical about stealth detection as upgrade, especially for an APC...
And TA took 'inspiration' from other games, just like the WH40k ripoffs you can see in that game. So I say it's fair.

To be honest, since the muties love to scrap stuff left on the battlefield, I'd love to see a logic just like the Generals GLA where enemy kills have a chance to drop crates that upgrade the vehicle picking them up.
There is in the normal game that special power of Avatars, could find a work around maybe.
Artillery with infantry transport. A faster movement KW behemoth. The stealth detection perhaps can be changed into something like flare, so you can see from fog of war like those scanner sweep
Agreed. Seems strange that a long range unit would have stealth detection, especially since TE has nerfed detection radii IIRC.
Btw, the four barrel cannon seems the right one in this unit. Better than in the punisher

Personally I would really like it if the second Super Unit was some big hulking jury rigged weapon, like maybe a Ion Storm compression cannon, that would use a series of blue tiberium crystals to create a miniature internal ion storm, then fire it out of a barrel as a vortex of tiberium energy and lightning, and where it hit would result in a small but very intense ion storm. Ah, but I'm just pondering, very excited for what the future of the mod holds.
Well, for me i hope the next super unit is some kind mobile fortress mcv. It cannot atk while moving, but give speed aura, and able to deployed like mcv which give buildable area as well enable it to attack, lets say it like super vanilla gdi Rig. I though the idea is suited enough because the next superunit will probably be support epic unit

Hmmm, what about instead of a vehicle, something mechanically interesting (though I'm not sure if it would be possible.
A Super Unit pair, a Forgotten telepath, that would have control of a giant mutant Tiberium Fiend of some sort, a huge highly mutated Tiberium lifeform, and the two would act as a set, though if the Forgotten Telepath got too far away the Beast would be stunned until he got closer, and if he died, the Beast would go out of control, attacking everything around him viciously. Maybe something reptilian with big tiberium crystals, like some big Tiberium Godzilla. And if the big beast was killed it would cause a psychic backlash that would kill the Telepath as well.
Eh, just another odd idea. Would like the second Forgotten Super Unit to be more unique I suppose.

You're gonna have to work incredibly hard to beat The Forgotten Mod that has already been out for years. I really recommend that btw, it really got the whole feeling of a scrapper army that lives on ingenuity and tiberium mastery correct.
