Tratos (as seen in the sidebar) is one of 3 mutant special units GDI can recruit (along with Umagon and Ghost Stalker)
He is able to Hijack enemy units
The original plan by Westwood (WW) was to have these three mutant units as a kind of superweapon in which they would appear as reinforcements (rather than buildable units)
Nod have both a mutant hijacker and Chameleon spy who can infiltrate buildings (like the spy in C&C Red Alert 1)
