one thing i never understood about TSR is that why are the light posts so huge?

Its a restoration of the Beta TS Light posts, which you can see in this pic

However this was at a time when lighting actually had alot more of a role in TS, dark areas decreased weapon accuracy for example so building light posts had a much more important role

This couldnt be replicated due to limitations of the TS engine, so TS:Retro just has the restored large lamp posts
