this mod is currently released i just need to find it :D ok... this mod has created some new more powerful units for TS new buildings and the ability to(like nod did wit the WF in TSF) create mobile staging grounds u can buy some vechs that when they deploy into either a

also some new unitts and buildings i created are:
NOD/GDI super tower defence which cost 5k each and nod's is stealthed
NOD improved laser tower(stealths an area around it)
GDI/NOD laser commando which has a MMK2 rail and cost alot of money
small laser inf
speedy suicide inf(doesnt work i nvr decided to fix it e-mail me if u do)
and more ull just have to see wot ive got for ya enjoy!!!!!!!
also the site is mah clan site it needs some work and the mod isnt there YET and will be shortly it will be there ASAP
