Thrawn's Revenge is a large-scale mod for Empire at War: Forces of Corruption. It includes the events of the Galactic Civil War after Palpatine's death at Endor, up until the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom treaty. If you own the Steam version of EaW, you will have to complete extra steps to run the mod after installation. Please see the manual for these steps.
Corey and Zer previewing the raid fleet preview for 2.0, involving a third faction in GC space battles. We know the cut is a bit abrupt, but things got a little irrelevant. The playthrough videos will include at least one full raid battle, so more full battles will be coming soon. Remember to like, subscribe and comment to spread the word.

Cool feature, can't wait for 2.0
*Hears Pentastar Alignment will be playable, starts jumping for joy*
Did you speed up the video or what ??? Lasers and other projectiles are kinda fast, like a ******* machine gun. Cool feature nonetheless...
thats pretty cool. i like it
I always knew something was missing from the game and that was it surprise attack by unidentified ships! That is to cool! I love this mod!
Yeah, if the incoming ships are powerful enough, I'm just gonna stay to the side and watch the other 2 sides kill each other. After someone wins, I'm gonna come in and finish who's left >=)
This is freaking cool, every battle can end up like the final battle in FOC, sort of...... lol
If the raid fleets arrive during a battle, will it mean, that if I send a 2nd fleet to the attacked planet, and the enemy fleet arrives first, during the battle, my second fleet will arrive? And how can I be a raid fleet? How can I know that a battle is ongoing between two AI faction?
This script is in no way connected to the stuff that is going on on the GC map. When the player attacks a planet a script runs and checks which factions are participating in the battle. Then it picks one of the remaining factions that are currently NOT participating in that specific space battle and spawns a fleet for said faction with a certain probability.
Those spawned ships will disappear after the battle, whether they were defeated or not.
Moreover, you as a player cannot interfere in AI battles.
Hope that clears things up :)
Yeah, in Galactic Conquests there's no such thing as an AI battle. In much the same way that in Multiplayer there's no battles between the player and any other faction that isn't the player, every battle between any two nonplayer factions has always been autoresolved since the day EaW came out. These are engine limitations.
Thank you, now it's clear:) And what is the maximum units used in a raid fleet? I hope that I don't have be afraid, to be attacked by Kaine's Reaper.
You don't have to worry about that. Capital ships are involved, but nothing above that. For the IR, NR, Warlords, EotH and Pentastar they're between 1 and 5 ships. Fot the Hapans it's between 4 and 8
is it goona be online ????
