I always genuinely thought that ships arriving in groups meant that the attack had multiple waves.

But now it's ******* terrifying considering they combine all those waves into one attack. I can see it now, three executors backed with 50 ISD 1s 35 ISD 2s and a massive amount of frigates.

Yep. It's a good thing the hypervelocity gun is a thing otherwise we'd be royally screwed.

Description

In 2.1 and some other previous versions, there was an issue with how the AI judged distances to planets, resulting in their fleets arriving as multiple sets of 1-3 ships. This was fixed in the 2.2 demo, but for anyone missed that, just reconfirming that it is in fact fixed, and real attacks are coming your way. We still want to do some work on what the AI considers for fleet compositions, though.
