In the Years of Darkness, 2029 the rulers of this planet devised the ultimate plan. They would reshape the Future by changing the Past. The plan required something that felt no pity. No pain. No fear. Something unstopable. They created... THE TERMINATOR In the near future, mankind has been all but destroyed by a hostile, self-concious supercomputer in a bid to defend itself. Out of the nuclear fire rose John Connor, a man whose destiny was to lead humanity to ultimate victory of the machines. However, the final battle would not be fought in the future. It would be fought here, in our present, Tonight... This modification, based on the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. engine, is attempting something radically different; being designed in the opposite of mainstream. It is an attempt to graft the cinematic quality and feel of the film with the intense immersion and interactivity that video games can offer.
