The STARGATE Mod is a non-commercial project that is created by Stargate fans all around the world for the Stargate Community. It has been around since 1999. Our goal is to create a total conversion for the Half-Life² engine that will journey the player through the Stargate universe as known from the movies and TV series. So that lava texture wasnt hard to find I just googled lava texture and it was one of the first on google images so you didnt make it yourslef?

That's true. You definitely should give a mention of sources (list of permissions ?), where you did get your stuff. Easy way is easy way, but if you really are dedicated to working in this project you shouldnt steal others work and copypaste them to your project and say that, it is yours.
yup it's that one, but we don't have any texture artists for the moment to create one, and i wanted to see how it could look...
It wasn't even stino who googled that texture, another mapper must have added that to our mod a few years back. I didn't even know that it wasn't his own, thanks for the info!
Why is the roof gone? Did the lava fall from the sky?
Well, I think the lava burn the pillars so some parts of the roof collapsed
the gap should be a little wider then the flow i guess, suggesting more of a collapse then a clean cut :D
Looks cool. Although I have to agree with the "clean cut" concerns: Shouldn't more of the roof have collapsed?
Oh and is the planet supposed to be Kheb or an unrelated asia-style planet?
