Mass Effect: Unification (previously known as "The Mass Effect Mod") is a large mod for Star Wars Battlefront II, whose aim is to capture the Mass Effect experience and re-project it into the Battlefront setting. This mod consists of sides such as the Systems Alliance, the Geth, and more, as well as whole new maps from the Mass Effect universe, followed by brand new game modes. (Mass Effect is a copyrighted name & product by BioWare Corporation & Electronic Arts; neither BioWare Corporation nor Electronic Arts support this mod in any way, shape or form; please support the official release.)

Each map is unique as to which sides it will sponsor. More on that junk later, yo.
Variations marked in bold are already scripted and in-game.

I am still pondering whether or not I'm going to implement the Blue Suns by this release, but watch for them anyway.

why geth vs reapers?
On Rannoch you can choose to annihilate either the quarians or the geth; if you save the quarians, the geth all die and the quarians help build the Crucible and fight the reapers; if you save the geth, the quarians all die and the geth help build the Crucible and fight the reapers.
So basically fights between the Geth and the Reapers will take place after that decision, so to speak.
i know that (+ you can actully save both of them), but just felt more like mass effect to have geth and reapers as allies :P
Which is why the Alliance also fights the Geth sometimes.

Um I just downloaded the mod and in no map can I play these side variations... What the bunyens?!
