I would actually imagine Minas Morgul to be allmost the exact same size as Minas Tirith, as it was the sister city. AND Osgiliath will be bigger than both of them, yes? I know your limits, but I really love Osgiliath. It would be AWSOME, with a huge ruined city with diffrent parts to fight in.
