Alright, this is very good, but there is some serious suspension of disbelieve going on around that top part. There really needs to be a ladder or a staircase either around the tent or on the floor of the wooden crows nest since that easterling has no visible way to get up there. It's a ****** little detail for sure, but these things really floor the realism the mod is shooting for.
There is a coil of rope on there just for the purpose of this comment. ;)

At first the people there in front of the building looked like cavalry. But then I zoomed in and learned they're pikemen. Still, very awesome stuff! I have always liked the Easterlings as favorite army of Middle-earth.
