The weapons you see them holding will be their only weapons.
Having 3 toggle heroes in one faction is a bit much.
I'm glad they have different faces, to many modders just slap on the same face. I know their twins but c'mon even identical twins have at least a slight difference.
Will they also get the heavy Galadhrim armor at higher levels?
They'll have a heavy version yes.
