Available to Evil factions from Auxiliary Camps (the new Inns for our new Regional Inn System) on Arnor region maps.
This is perfect !!! Spooky yet noble <3 Reminds a lot of the units for Rhudaur/Which Realm races from Third Age TW mods and their submods

is there a chance for recreating Arnor ?
Play Realms in Exile submod of Age of the Ring you also got Angmar with the Witch-King and Misty Mountains faction with both Bolg of the North (Age of the Ring version) and Azog with Bolg (Movie version)
The AotR team will not be making an Arnor or Angmar faction nor do they have any desire to. Submodders like the one who made the aforementioned Realms in Exile are independent of the team and have their own developers.
