Description
I was inspired by the recent announcement of Age of Empires IV (and the Definitive Editions) and I designed a Gondor Barracks in the style of Age of Empires II. This civilian building will be seen in new Gondor maps!

Very fitting. It looks like it could be a government office, bank or trade company building.

Despite it being a civilian building I definitely do see the AoE barracks.

This looks good enough that it could function as just an actual building. Marvelous work.
The design brief for this building is that it fits in with the civilian buildings.
I've seen a number of Gondor maps that use the Gondor faction barracks as a civilian building, but I've created this so that players don't get confused between a map building and a player building.

In a way, you can recruit civilians in The Age of the Ring. ;) By building the faction structures.
