I love the details in each and every one of your models (and submodels).
Is there a danger though in making the game slower?

from what I've gathered from the team, they only use 1 texture per model, which doesn't really affect the game, unlike in edain where the team used multiple textures per model which causes a butt tonne of lag!

Mostly Polys are what cause laggs. And this model has way more polys than needed imo. Although it looks pretty good.

Two things:
1. Polies are absolutely not a major factor in lag. Lag is mostly caused by the amount of textures loaded by the game. This model uses a single texture.
2. You don't know how many polies this model has: 5.3k, 1k more than the vanilla Gondor barracks. That's *fine*, haha.
