The Forgotten Ones
Preparation:
Hello there folks! If you want to exploit the Horror in TFO you have to follow these steps:
- 1: Make sure that these games are installed: Source SDK Base 2007, Half-Life 2, Episode 2 and Half-Life 2: Lost Coast.
2: Turn off all the lights in your room.
3: If you got a Full-HD screen with a high resolution this will be a plus, due to that the current Health HUD element will be shown best at a high resolution, but a patch will come for this in the future, which will add a brand new health bar/HUD! (But of course a good monitor with high resolution will increase visualization in-game)
4: Your volume should be loud/er.
5: Make sure that all graphic settings are on max, and as well make sure that Color Correction is Enabled!!!
Follow these 5 steps and you will be guaranteed to get FREAKED OUT! :)
The Forgotten Ones is suspected to release around 5 june, so you still have a little time left to get prepared!
- Main Focus in TFO:
- 1: Detailed texturing.
2: A lot of ambient sounds.
3: High-res models and textures /w bump maps.
4: Atmosphere.
5: Intensity!

Hey, it's nearly 30 May here, what time currency are you living :P
I have 1366x768 as max resolution because I sue a laptop. Is it enough?
I'm afraid it will be postponed until 5. June :(
Due to some errors with the mapping, not compile errors, but a moving camera problem...
Your resolution is the same as my other laptop, it works fine but parts of the health hud is not scaled properly with a low resolution. But I will release a patch for it when I have finished the new hud health code. :P
