Its part of the modern mechanized Russian divisions for the Spetnatz and the modern MBTs-MPMBTs(multi-purpose main battle tanks)...

Dear God !!! Have you seen how big is the ARMATA T-95/99...
with that massive gun, no wonder a modern tank will survive to that thing... BTW, Threads are very large in comparison to western MBTs, that's for better ground pressure distribution in marshy grounds.
