It doesn't look like a command center but okay, ¿where do the bulldozers come from?
One. The Radome allows for command and control, also you've not noticed the garage door that opens, look at the right image, there's a loading dock that clearly is where the dozer comes out. I like it and I think it fits the commander center look quite nicely.
It happens that for some reason the command centers of the United States and China are to some extent the same, one gets used to it XD

Very nice Alexei unfortunately I can't play c&c and because I have windows 7 and I can't fix game error but I want to install windows 10 and genpatcher to fix it The end of days is really nice mod I played 0.97 it was awesome I hope I can play 0.98 with mig 31k soon

We just don't have the time to do 6th faction.
EDA will take more than 2 years of development. We can't spend another 2-3 years in 6th factions, just too tired from modding...

India is the third strongest economy, and third in military spending though to come from 2023 to 2026. Enough time to add them as the sixth faction with funny voice actors and unique Indian culture building , I think India would be a great addition to the game.
