This mod will start were the original Half Life2 episode 2 ended, with the death of Alyx her father. She became sick by the loss and layes in bed. Magnusson needs Gordon to look for Kleiner, because he has disapeared. The last time he did see Kleiner was when he spoke about going to the Borealis to blow the ship and everything inside up. Gordon needs to travel by airplane to the North pole and find Kleiner, and save the ship. Will you be on time? And will you find out what the secret cargo is that is inside the ship?

does this weapon behave like the old HL2 smg (like in strider mountain) or is it a different weapon? I hated it so much to have the same old weapon in sm with just a new model.

no, it's not a different weapon, its the same as i used in Strider Mountain. But, i only use it now in the development stage. I don't like the old original HL2 weapons anymore so i changed the weapons for now just so i can use other ones. But, i am still looking for new good replacements, that look AND behave differently. Should you know any good weapons then please let me know, for sure that this mod will have new better weapons ones the mod is released. Because you are not the only one who did had bad experiences with the SM weapons.

glad to hear that. What about getting the mag cap a bit down (about 20 rounds) and make the smg a more accurate weapon. As a secondary firemode, there would be a rapid firing mode, firing 2x fast as normal, full auto.
Always disliked how the original HL2 smg had a big smg but nether a good firing rate for close combat nor the prezision to fire it at any mid to long distance combat without wasting more than 75% of you ammo.
that is indeed a great idea, but, i didn't make these weapons, i took them from the internet. i can't model although i still ones need to learn doing so. so, the new weapons that i will use i also have to find one line, FPSBanana (now called GameBanana) is a great site for this. but most models there of weapons are already old or not that good, and for HL2 (ep2) they only have so many weapons.
still, i do try to get much better ones, just have to look even more for them.
