Full VersionThe .rar executable containing the map. Extract it in your maps folder, open half life, open the console with the tilda button and type in "map testmap".
A test map made with J.A.C.K. I made it for half life 1 since other game SDK's didn't really work.

While I understand the purpose of a test map, what I don't get is why you're uploading it here.
This is literally a room with some scientists and weapons in it. That's it. Congratulations - I could probably make something almost identical within 30 minutes, and I've never used J.A.C.K. - this isn't anything special.
...I suppose I should give SOME useful feedback. Those yellow dots appear when you've placed NPCs partially inside a solid object. Try moving them a little further away from the floor or the walls, see if that gets rid of it.

If you were to upload this, it would be in the "addons" section. Not a mod.
A Half-Life mod would consist of some considerable changes, be it to the coding or a whole new playable story campaign. An addon is simply something you can throw into Half-Life's directory and play, like a map or a simple model replacement.
In reality though, you probably shouldn't be uploading your tests anywhere. Mods / addons are for playable content for others to play through. :)
