Terra Nova mod version 10.67 is released for EU3: IN 3.2 (nov 27th)

savegame compatible with 10.64+ only.

this is a huge update. The mod has been speed up by around 20 to 25%. Many event improvements have been made. Many bug fixes (missions, events, etc) and general improvements have been made all around. Maximum War Exhaustion starts off now as 10 for peacetime and 15 for war but is now increased or decreased by many more factors. It is possible to have just as high max WE as before. almost all governments now change max WE. sieges won, battles won, battles lost, monarch changes all now have rare events that can happen. Rebel negotiations actualy make sense and are now worthwhile (no slider changes). Wartime increase land and naval tech investment and lowers trade and government investment.
