-merged the HT HRE.txt events into this file.

-added more modifiers in order to make more generals appear under the right situations.
-it is now possible to get more than one leader for each type via leader events.
-generals do not cost as much army tradition via the general events.
-leader events now have a small chance of giving decent or better leaders no matter how much tradition a nation has (based on suggestions by Mooncabbage).

I can't get this mod running properly. I installed it (running the .exe) and it loads up just fine but when I want to start a game, no flags are showing up, instead only black.
Help please?
hmmm. you need to have the HttT expansion beta patch, version 4.1b (dec 22nd). if you have that, then let me knwo and we will go from there. Is this the first time you ahve installed the mod?
Yeah, I am using HttT 4.1b. I got the same problem with HttT 4.0 and TN 11.84. I played TN before I switched to Windows 7 (used XP before) and it worked just fine.
-Did you reinstall DirectX 9.0c ? EUIII needs it.
-did you completely delete everything in your Terra Nova folder other than saves, before upgrading to 11.88?
