14.113 has been released for a while now and because not many people seemed to have noticed ill write about it here.

!4.113 adds new goods and events which now classifies all goods as either raw (tier 1) or manufactured (tier 2). the only way to get some tier 2 goods is by owning provinces that have the right tier 1 or tier 2 goods. tier 2 goods are not allowed oversees unless under special circumstances.

14.114 might be released in a month or two with more balancing for the new goods events and hopefully the new gun control event and modifiers and corruption additions for it. i may do somethign related to the suez canal.
