SSD type heroes can now be neutralize by bouny hunters. Useful if you just don't want to face them in battle.:P
In my opinion no. Once the game has been going on for a while money is nothing really and another thing is the person that your trying to kill is on a massive ship, full of guards, soldiers, and every thing else.

just because there are some awesome bounty hunters in SW that doesnt mean they can go trough thousands of soldiers and a dozen kilometer of strict access areas to kill the commanding officer of one of the most important ships of the galaxy, that said just because you kill him doesnt mean the ship will explode so they would still have to destroy it somehow...
How about this instead? The Droid Empire can sabotage the ship just like they do with the Death Star. The rebels however, I would suggest a new ability for them for the next version. Rebels have the raid ability, witch means they can bypass space and attack on the ground. I suggest they can launch a space raid ability. Its an ability like the neutralize hero ability but instead its destined to destroy or capture (a random roll) a super ship. The special unit could be an infilitrator or a special raid x-wing squadron
