It's probably some kind of a bug. It worked fine after I skipped to the middle of the video and then returned back to the first 2-3 seconds.

Description

I did some editing with some of the sounds found in EaW. I've fixed it up now so when you build a Barracks, Light Vehicle Factory, or other structure, you'll know what building was built. This is about the same for the other factions.
