it's a zip file, that is why. Is this version the same as the beta version?
No, I tweaked the xmls a bit, modified the Blisterwing cruiser and fixed the hardpoints on it. I recommend you delete the alpha version you have and download this one.

I just tried to unzip this and got a blue screen of death saying bad_pool_header, What'd i do wrong?
Re-download it or try the mirror site. Sounds like you didn't get a good download.
