Stargate - Empire at War: Pegasus Chronicles is a total conversion for the fantastic game Star Wars - Empire at War: Forces of corruption. This total conversion will replace every single Star Wars asset of the original game with Stargate assets. This includes units, buildings, icons, sounds, videos and so much more. Pegasus Chronicles offers 3 playable races, the Ta'uri (alliance between Earth and the Asgard), Anubis (a mighty systemlord) and the Wraith. Beside these 3 playable races, you will meet many non-playable ones like the Replicators, the Asurans, the systemlord alliance, the Aschen, the Ori and many more. Each faction will have several space and land units, well known from the series or completely new ones. Contrary to our first full version for the normal Empire at War, the next release will offer finished GC maps, in which you can play through the known Stargate storylines and experience a lot of never seen missions and adventures.
This is a render of the finished Tauri drop ship. It will deploy units on the ground like infantry and the MALPs. It has a fully operational turret.
Haha united states air force ftw
nice job... except you are using the old USAF logo
No, that is the USAF's roundel and it is still used on their aircraft.
I understand your making this mod for your selves but in my humble opinion more like this:
Mallacore.deviantart.com
I have to agree, that one seems more fitting to the Tau'ri's art style.
I disagree, not cause i have made this model, but cause there are thousand ways of making a Tauri drop ship and in the end, "Tauri design" doesn't really exist. Mallacores model for example looks like an Ancient ship to me, apart from the fact that it shall be a bomber, not a drop ship.
I simply used a mix of designs, that exist already on Earth.
i agree with Merlin
this drop ship is bacically a troop tansport, Mallacores model is more like the equivlent to the al'kesh
also Mallacores model looks more like it could be a stand alone bomber where as Merlins looks like it needs a carrier ship to take it to its destination and a fighter escort.
the model is good, it looks like something the airforce would actually build
The only thing I would recommend is some kind of lines on the hull highlighting the parts of the ship that change direction. Because to me the ship is looking spherical and not hard edges, unless you were going for spherical in design. Then that works too.
looks like an V-22 Osprey but with jets cool
does the turret turn 360 degrees
No offense, But to me this doesn't really seem to fit the tech witch the rest of the Tauri ships are. At least a darker skin so it fits in with the other ships.
