Stargate - Empire at War: Pegasus Chronicles is a total conversion for the fantastic game Star Wars - Empire at War: Forces of corruption. This total conversion will replace every single Star Wars asset of the original game with Stargate assets. This includes units, buildings, icons, sounds, videos and so much more. Pegasus Chronicles offers 3 playable races, the Ta'uri (alliance between Earth and the Asgard), Anubis (a mighty systemlord) and the Wraith. Beside these 3 playable races, you will meet many non-playable ones like the Replicators, the Asurans, the systemlord alliance, the Aschen, the Ori and many more. Each faction will have several space and land units, well known from the series or completely new ones. Contrary to our first full version for the normal Empire at War, the next release will offer finished GC maps, in which you can play through the known Stargate storylines and experience a lot of never seen missions and adventures.

But make sure then that it still looks good when it's firing.

nice ,i guess it has shields and that only one can be on the map at one time? seeing as 2 stargates can't operate on the same planet

Yes, strong shields, but it really doesn't interest anyone if there is one or more on a map(apart from that it is impossible to make restrictions like that in EaW).
It depends on how the Asurans use them. They'll have more than just one(there is no reason why they shouldn't build more than one).

I think it may be possible to restrict it to one, just use it as a hero unit.

there in fact is a way to make it so only one of them is on the field, and it does not have to be a hero

<Build_Limit_Current_Per_Player>1</Build_Limit_Current_Per_Player>
<Build_Limit_Lifetime_Per_Player>1</Build_Limit_Lifetime_Per_Player>

this may help, ps do you need another coder, I have been coding xmls for this game for 8 years now, I can do anything within the game's abilities

Check again, the only gates shown on SGA with 9 chevrons have been the earth gate and the midway gate

stargates do have 9 cheverons but mostly they only use 7 of them
like when you dial to another galaxy you use 8 cheverons

very creative of the Asurans to use a stargate as a weapon like that =)

One can only imagine how the battle at the supergate would have gone if the ori Ships had exited the event horizon only to find an armada of pegasus replicators, City ships, aurora-class.. the lot! Now that would have been an interesting battle!!
